The MS Explorer

The Explorer was created specifically for Antarctic passenger travel and is simply one of the best-suited ships for such an expedition. Both her captains boast more than 14 seasons of experience among the ice floes of the White Continent. Explorer has also logged more than two hundred and fifty Antarctic voyages and numerous “Firsts” for passenger ships. With its high ratio of staff members to passengers (as many as 12 per 100 passengers, compared to three of four on other ships), Explorer can staff each of her 10 Zodiacs with an expert to accompany you on shore with no staggered landings.
